Try downloading the movie to your computer, then watch
it. Streaming or viewing movies in your browser can be
unpredictable.
If a movie will still not play properly make sure you have
all required codecs (see 'Must Have Downloads' below).
To see which codecs are used in a movie file use AviCodec (see 'Optional
Extras' below).
[XP only]
If your Explorer crashes after opening a
folder with an AVI file in it, please read this
FAQ to resolve the
'Explorer AVI crash problem'.
BEST VIEWING METHODS
All movies can be played in K-Lite (see 'Must
Have Downloads' below).
K-Lite includes all codecs required, except Quicktime.
Avoid using Windows Media Player (WMP) Version 7 or above
for all files except WMV as it is too bulky and restrictive.
MUST HAVE
DOWNLOADS

K-Lite - K-Lite is free and installs a great
version of the classic WMP 6.4 and also includes

The Quicktime player is free and includes all
Apple codecs (required for our MOV files).

VIDEO/SCREEN
CAPTURE SOFTWARE
In my humble opinion, the best
program for capturing any area of your screen
remains
SnagIt by TechSmith. SnagIt can also record
movies of any webcam show you're
watching.
When using SnagIt, please
record using the DivX codec and not TechSmith's
codec. Otherwise we need to convert it and that's a
pain. Enjoy!
