I haven't received an email back from support within 24 hours... Why?
More than 99% of all emails are personally responded to within 24 hours. In
the rare event that you do not receive a response, please resend your email to
ensure that we have received it. If you keep sending emails and they never
get replied to, it means there is a problem with your email address...if this
happens please try emailing us from another email address from another domain.

I subscribed to the newsletter but am not getting it...
The newsletter is sent every weekend. However, you may not have received the newsletter for several reasons. Please make sure that you allow at least 400KB available in your mail account to receive the newsletter. Also you must accept email with attachments, as the photos are sent as an attachment.
Finally, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when you subscribed. Please email
so we can check if your name is on the subscription list.

Why can't I view the movies?
All of our movies are tested with standard Windows codecs and DivX codecs (see
below). A codec is a compressor. The codec used to create the clip is the same
codec required to play the clip. Videos created using strange and rarely used
codecs are never accepted, so by having the Microsoft and DivX codecs and
Quicktime installed, all of our clips should play.
Microsoft Codec: Most versions of Windows come with the latest
Microsoft codecs installed and ready to use. If you are not sure which version
you have or if you're using an older version of Windows (Win 98 or earlier),
please download and install the latest free codecs from
Microsoft.com.
DivX Codec: DivX is the newest and best codec used by internet videographers
these days. The compression is very high (smaller in MB) while maintaining the
quality of the clip. If you're having trouble with some AVI files, download and
install the free DivX codecs
(please
let us know if the DivX link
becomes unavailable so we can update it).
Quicktime: A few customers have let us know that their problems have
been solved by installing
Windows Media Player and
Quicktime (both are
free).
FLV movies: To play a .flv movie you need flv movie player - it won't
work in Windows Media Player.
FLV player is
free to download. For Mac users here is your
FLV player.
Please make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player (WMP).
We prefer to use the old streamlined version of WMP, which is already installed
in Windows XP. The version is 6.4 and is less buggy than the newer versions,
which is probably the reason they decided to leave it.
XP users: The path of Windows Media Player version 6.4 is 'C:\Program
Files\Windows Media Player\mplayer2.exe'.
To associate your movies to this player, right-click on any AVI, MPG or WMV file
and select 'Properties', then click the 'Change' button and 'Browse' the bold
path shown above. Select 'mplayer2.exe' and click 'OK'. You will need to
repeat this procedure for each file type...AVI, MPG (MPEG) and WMV. That's it!
Test your movie by double-clicking a movie clip.
If all else fails, visit
moviecodec.com for simple solutions to difficult problems.
My Explorer window crashes when I view a folder with
an AVI file in it (XP only).
This is caused an XP bug which crashes explorer when you have a partially
download AVI file or unrecognized codec. The problem is the media preview pane
located on the left of your files and can be fixed by temporarily disabling the
preview pane. However, although harmless, it's not as simple as pressing a
couple of buttons. You will need to create 2 "batch files" for switching the
preview pane off and on. More details can be found at this user forum
http://www.moviecodec.com/thread/3588.html. (see post by "doingit"). Please
read the forum to make sure you are experiencing the same problem. The 2 batch
files can be used safely without harming your system.
