More than 99% of all emails are personally responded to within 24 hours. In the rare event
that you do not receive a response, please resend your email to ensure that we have received it.
If you keep sending emails and they never get replied to, it means there is a problem with your
email address... if this happens please try emailing us from another email address from another
domain.
If you do not speak English, that is not a problem. We use an interpreter to translate your message.

Memberships are based on a time subscription, not by usage. If you have a 1 month membership, it will expire 31 days after the account has been set up, whether you use it 100 times or never. Please check your account status at https://secure.hush-hush.com/login.aspx. If your account is still active, but your password doesn't work then please email Support.

Do I need to let you know if I get a new computer?
You do not need to contact us if you get a new computer. Just log in the same way as usual. Note: You may not use your password simultaneously on more than 1 computer, or we will be notified and your account will be barred. If you share your password with others we will know.

We run the website on multiple servers which means the website is never down. Please check your connection settings.
You haven't done an update yet and its overdue...
It is rare that an update is not completed by the scheduled time. Please check that your browser is not viewing an older cached version of the page. To do this, go to the URL you want to see, and press CTRL-F5 (hold down CTRL and press F5). The page will reload from the server. If the page still does not show the update then please email Support.
I joined Goddesspost but I can't get into Hush-Hush?
That is correct. A Goddesspost membership will only grant access to Goddesspost.
I subscribed to the newsletter but am not getting it...
The newsletter is sent every Thursday. However, you may not have received the newsletter for several reasons. Please make sure that you allow at least 100KB available in your mail account to receive the newsletter. Finally, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when you subscribed. Please email Support.
Why can't I view some of the movies?
All of our movies are tested with standard Windows, Quicktime and DivX codecs before being accepted. Codec packs have a long history of damaging existing codecs and systems. Just install the ones you need.
We recommend using Media Player Classic and if you must install something for codecs, try FFDShow. It's not a codec pack and would rarely cause problems and enables playback of most formats.
And add VLC Media Player for those odd formats that aren't worth installing codecs for. It will play most anything. If you need Real or Quicktime, Real Alternative and Quicktime Alternative you won't need the official players and avoid all the extras they install.
