Why didn't I receive a Hushcode after completing Step 1
Your Hushcode should arrive immediately, but please allow up to 10 minutes. If you never receive a Hushcode from us, it means that your email address was entered incorrectly or the email was incorrectly detected as spam and removed. Please check your anti-spam software or contact your ISP.
Why do I have to give you my postal address?
We ask for your postal address because the law requires it. Entering false information while making a credit card purchase is an extremely serious offence. We will not abuse or share your private details. In accordance with the law, we keep your details for a period of 5 years, then it is deleted.
Are you going to send anything to my postal address?
No, not ever! On the very rare occasion where we may need to contact you, it will be done via email.
I sent you some money, where is my password?
Please remember we are based in Australia and it can take a few weeks for your mail to reach us. If it has been 3 weeks + and you have not received your password, please email Support so we can investigate.
Why is the Step 2 page not accepting my Hushcode?
Probably because you have mistyped it. The best way to enter your Hushcode is to Copy and Paste it.
I tried to join but received an error message...

How do I electronically sign the Terms & Conditions?
On the payment page, click the box next to the words "Please read our Terms and Conditions before filling out this form. I agree to the terms and conditions of using www.hush-hush.com".
I just joined but my account is not working...
Please make sure you are entering your username and password correctly. You can get your password emailed to you at https://secure.hush-hush.com/emailpass.aspx. Also it can be easy to mistake the letter O for a zero (0), or to mistake the letter L with the number 1. If you still have no luck please email Support to request your username and password.
Why isn't my Credit Card being accepted?
Your card may be a debit card, which we do not accept. Please check that your card is still valid with adequate funds and try it again.
